• We have a more in-depth chat about what’s required: style and tone of language, who’s going to be reading the document and what they want to know, what you want to tell them, and how long the copy needs to be.
• We agree a timescale.
• We deliver a clean, sparkling copy draft as a Word document.
• You run our draft past whoever needs to approve it and come back to us with comments.
• We deliver a final draft within your deadline.
